What is NMN and why does it matter?

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes — this is the Novara protocol. NMN+ and Resveratrol+ are specifically designed to be taken together. Dosage & Usage

How should I take NMN+?

Take one (1) capsule of NMN+ daily with 6–8 oz of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or 20–30 minutes before a meal. For the complete Novara longevity protocol, pair with Resveratrol+.

How should I take Resveratrol+?

Take two (2) capsules of Resveratrol+ daily (600mg total), 20–30 minutes before a meal. Resveratrol is fat-soluble, so taking it with a small amount of healthy fat — olive oil, avocado, nuts — may further improve absorption.

How should I use Collagen Peptides?

Mix one scoop into any hot or cold liquid daily — coffee, tea, smoothies, or plain water. The powder is tasteless and dissolves completely with no clumping. Best results are typically seen after 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use.

When will I notice results?
