We stand behind every Novara Wellness formulation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email Support@novarawellnessco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within one business day.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.
